Help Save Our Dad's Life: Urgent Surgery Needed

Helloooo! This will be long, but please read and share as this is really our only option…

If you don't know me, you might know my dad. (If you don’t, you should. He’s pretty cool lol)
For those who are new to our story, I’ll give you a rundown.
In 2009 my dad suffered a massive heart attack, and by some miracles and surgery, he was able to go back to work. A while later in 2010 he suffered several more heart attacks and unfortunately had to stop working. My mom became the only income in the home pretty quickly. He applied for disability, and fought the courts more than once to get it. After SEVEN YEARS, and almost losing everything we had, they granted him disability.
Due to these heart attacks, he had to have several stints put in. He was soon after diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
Since then, we have gone through more than i could have ever imagined at that young age. We almost lost our house, to the point my parents decided we should move into my grandmas house, and rent ours out for some time. They would be able to catch up on the house payment itself and life. Unfortunately a local family reached out, we thought everything was fine, and they completely trashed the house. We had to rip out walls, doors, floors, fix electrical, you name it. My mom went to collect rent from them one day and watched as their dog urinated right in front of her in the corner of the living room.
That set us back even more.. THOUSANDS more. We got them out of the house early 2012, but renovations and repairs were not done completely until after March of 2013. Two months after my only sister and sibling was born. A true surprise she is, but a blessing just as much.
For the next 2ish years, he didnt have many problems and the stints seemed to be doing their job well.
In 2015, he was told that he would need a pacemaker/defibrillator in order to live a more comfortable, normal life. So he got it. He actually flat lined on the table for this one. If you ever ask him about it, he will tell all about where he went. Its a cool story actually.
In 2016, he started having complications with his chest again, so we took him to the emergency room in Borger. They told us he had multiple heart attacks, AGAIN, and that they needed to transfer him to Amarillo to have a further look at the damage and cause. He was flown by medicopter to NWTH in Amarillo where they ran tests and told us he would need a triple bypass surgery.
In august of 2016 he had the triple bypass.
Since then, he has had some rough days, some good days, and some just down right horrible days. A couple trips to the hospital for chest pain but never anything too bad.

Fast forward to Monday, July 14th, and he suffered multiple strokes. He refused medical attention for 9 hours before i finally convinced him to go to NWTH. My mom came home from work immediately and we loaded him up and i drove him over. Once we got there, they basically had him into a room and doing a full work up on him before my sister and i could park the car and get inside to our mom. (Shout out NWTH. You guys saved my daddys life.)
He was admitted and they pinpointed the cause and scheduled a surgery by day 2. Blood clot to the brain from the carotid artery. Unfortunately the surgeon was only available on Friday so we had to wait it out a few days and hope it didn’t happen again. He had his surgery and everything went amazingly.
On that same day though, his battery on his pacemaker died. What luck we all have, right?
He was released on the following Monday, with heavy restrictions.
Tuesday morning we are sitting down talking about some next steps to take with his health care and suddenly we hear this sound. It’s his chest. Beeping. So we call the cardiology office and they tell us to come in. Yesterday, July 24, he comes in to run a test to make sure the sounds were heard was the battery and it was. They call us this morning and tell us he has to pay $400 for the surgery upfront or they won’t do it.. He pays for two insurance companies a month, why not?!?!

So I’m making this to ask for help, because without this surgery, my dad could die. There’s 3 months on reserve for the battery, but if he has a heart attack within the three months, each one knocks off another month.

My mom has missed already 2 weeks of work and soon to be 3. Soon we will be on the verge of losing everything again if she can’t go back to work. So i am asking for $100 more than the surgery amount, however i want my mom to feel somewhat better about not being at work. Although it’s not much I’m hoping this reaches the right network of people and my family can get that little bit of help they deserve. We are just a hard working, hard loving family, that seems to be cursed by medical issues.
