Help Save Our Bullmastiff Puppy — Fighting Parvo in ICU
Hi friends, my name is Chet Falkenhainer, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My 11-month-old Bullmastiff puppy — a Christmas gift from my wife after losing 3 of our 4 beloved dogs last year — has been diagnosed with Parvo and is currently in the ICU receiving emergency treatment.
We’ve already spent over $10,783 in just two days on lifesaving care, and the fight is far from over. We’re doing everything we can to give her a chance — but the costs are overwhelming.
To make matters harder, her sibling Athena and our beloved service dog, Ariel, have now been exposed. We’re praying they stay healthy, but we must prepare for additional medical care and preventive treatment in case the infection spreads.
Our dogs are not just pets — they’re family. They’ve stood by us through floods, recovery missions, and long nights of helping others through our work with Lone Star Heroes Outdoors, a nonprofit that serves veterans, first responders, and their families. Now, I find myself asking our community for help — something I rarely do.
Every dollar donated will go directly toward:
Emergency and ongoing veterinary care
Parvo treatments, hospitalization, and isolation costs
Preventive care for our other two dogs
Even a small donation will make a difference — and if you can’t give, please share this campaign to help us reach others who can.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, prayers, and compassion during this fight.
With gratitude and hope,
Chet & Family
