Last night, our world turned upside down.

Our 10-month-old kitten was rushed to the emergency vet after suddenly becoming lethargic and struggling to breathe. After urgent tests, he was diagnosed with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) — a devastating and life-threatening disease.

Right now, he has fluid in his lungs and is hospitalized, fighting for his life. The only alternative we were given was euthanasia, but he is so young, so loved, and we are not ready to give up on him.

We are choosing to fight for him.

There is hope. Treatment for FIP is possible, but it is extremely expensive and urgent:

• Initial medication costs: €1000+

• Hospitalization: thousands of euros

• Ongoing care and monitoring

We are doing everything we can, but the costs are overwhelming and time is critical.

He is more than just a pet , he’s family. He’s playful, affectionate, and still just a baby who deserves a chance at life.
