Help Save Nina's Leg

Yesterday morning, my 7-month-old puppy Nina was hit by a car which ended up being a hit-and-run. After a very expensive trip to the ER, it was revealed that Nina has multiple pelvic fractures, bilateral SI luxation and a small fracture on the left femur down by the knee. I was told that without urgent surgery, Nina would most likely never be able to use her back leg again. The longer it is before Nina gets the surgery, the lower the success rate and the harder her recovery becomes. The hospital I took her to estimated the cost of surgery to be $5,000. I am a full time student and waitress and I am solely responsible for Nina and don't currently have the money Nina needs to save her leg. I am looking for cheaper options, but the surgery needs to happen soon for highest chance of recovery.
