Nina is my late Mom's beloved dog and my last connection to her. When my Mom passed away, I promised to care for Nina and give her the love and comfort she deserves. Nina is 13 years old and has been diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease, which means she needs a special diet and daily medications to stay healthy.

As someone living with a disability, I am doing everything I can to provide for Nina, but the costs of her care are overwhelming. I have had to make sacrifices in my own care to make sure Nina gets what she needs. She has brought so much comfort and love into my life, especially during this time of loss, and I want to make sure she continues to feel safe and cherished.
