Due to the passing of Alex Hamolaila, the upbeat shop owner of Nevins Shipping And Mailing, the shop is set to close this Monday, January 3rd, 2021. The current landlord is asking for $75,000 to buy the business.

With some help and time, Nevins may be able to stay open and keep improving, whether at it's original location or nearby.
