Help Save Neko: Urgent Medical Support Needed

Neko is in the hospital in desperate condition. Overnight, Neko found her way onto the kitchen table and took Rimadyl that was meant for Xavier. She ingested all 28 tablets that were left. Basically she has 6x the amount that would be considered dangerous amounts for her. Her kidneys are already suffering... and she is on fluids and medications to try and save her. She was in good spirits going into the vet... but could decline quickly if she doesn't have the care she needs.

To start with the bill is at $4,000, and they just called home for permission to run a tube through her nose into her stomach so the IV fluid doesn't make the kidneys worse.....This is the cheaper option of the two I was given.

Speaking to the vet, the clearer option is to bring her to NC State for basically a blood cleaning... they will be able to get rid of the medication and she has a much better chance of survival with the least kidney damage. This ranges $6,000-$8,000 but could absolutely go up.

Update: The vet at NC State said he thinks it's not worth the risk of doing the blood thing after seeing her in person and doing the initial exam, so they're just going to aggressively treat her medically. It's still $4,000-$6,000... but he said since she is actually in decent shape besides the kidneys.. he think the plasma thing wouldn't really guarantee she would do any better.. and the risk of her reaction to it is kinda of an additional worry they dont want to put her through. He is confident she will pull through this!!

I'm usually not one to ask for money, but since losing my mom this year, I have been tight on money because of missing work due to grieving. Absolutely anything would help so I dont have to worry about our everyday expenses as well while we hopefully get through this with Neko. Thank you and please keep her in your thoughts.
