The information that I am about to share with you all is something I consider to be a private battle that I have been fighting since childhood.

As some of you may or may not know. I have struggled with great boughs of depression. Throughout my journey I have tried many treatments from pills to shock therapy and beyond. But, recently my Dr recommended a new treatment called "Esketamine". This treatment has shown promise. But, I've hit a snag. There is a problem with my insurance.

I won't go into great detail regarding my situation and the need to start a GoFund me page. Simply put, I had to go out on disability so I could focus on treatment and healing. During this time I assumed my insurance was being covered, only to find out recently that it was not. There had been no payment received from my Employer regarding my insurance payment. Since I am out on State Disability, there was no way for the Company that I work for to deduct payment from my bi-weekly disability pay. The insurance company has cancelled my insurance until I meet the required, past due amount owed. I assumed that my insurance would be covered while out on disability but the responsibility for these past six months actually fell onto me.

Due to current financial responsibilities, I am unable to pay the amount that is due. A friend suggested that I start a GoFund me page to meet the required payment that is currently due. This will allow me to pay the current dues owed and help to restart my insurance. Then moving forward I can work in the future amounts that will be due into my monthly budget.

I have always prided myself on being able to take care of myself. But unfortunately, I am in need of help and assistance. Anything that you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
