Help Save My Son's Life: Urgent Brain Tumor Surgery Needed.
Donation protected
Hello everyone, my name is Ellaine Iglesias, and I’m a mother reaching out with a heart full of hope and a plea for help. My beloved son, Adriel Nathan, has been bravely living with a brain tumor since he was just 7 years old.
Back in 2019, Adriel was already scheduled for surgery, but due to other medical complications, it had to be postponed. He was sent home, and we monitored his condition closely, praying for the best. Then the pandemic hit, and like many families, we were forced to wait.
Two years ago, I made a life-changing decision—I applied to become an international student in Canada. My goal was not just to build a better future, but to eventually bring Nathan here so he could receive the proper medical care he needed.
But now, everything has changed. After his most recent MRI, doctors gave us heartbreaking news:
- A part of his brain is now swelling. The tumor has progressed.
- Surgery is urgently needed to prevent further damage or even life-threatening complications.
Because of the urgency and the costs involved, Nathan will need to undergo the surgery back home in the Philippines, under the care of my parents and our trusted medical team.
As parents, we want nothing more than to give our son a chance to live, grow, and chase his dreams. But the reality is that the cost of the operation, hospital care, and post-surgery treatment is more than we can afford.
Please, if you are able, consider helping us—any amount, big or small, will truly make a difference. Even if you cannot donate, we would be deeply grateful if you could share this page with others who might be able to help.
Most of all, we ask for your prayers—for strength, for healing, and for a successful surgery.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Your love, support, and kindness give us hope when we feel like giving up.
With gratitude,
Ellaine Iglesias and Family
