Help Save My Sister – Urgent Kidney Transplant Need

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit to ask for your support in saving my sister, Saleshni. She is fighting for her life and urgently needs a kidney transplant.

Saleshni has always been the heart of our family — caring, generous, and full of strength. Her life has taken a devastating turn as both her kidneys have failed. She is now dependent on dialysis to survive, undergoing treatments three times a week, each costing $280. While dialysis is keeping her alive for now, it is not a permanent solution. Her doctors have confirmed that a kidney transplant is the only long-term option that can restore her health and give her a second chance at life.

Unfortunately, kidney transplants are not available in Fiji, and we are left with no choice but to seek treatment overseas. The procedure will need to be done in India, where the medical expertise exists — but the costs are overwhelming. Between hospital fees, transplant surgery, travel, accommodation, and post-operative care, the financial burden is far more than our family can manage alone.

I will be personally receiving the funds raised through this campaign and transferring the full amount directly to my sister’s bank account in Fiji. Transparency and accountability are very important to us, and we are committed to ensuring that every dollar will be used strictly for her treatment and related expenses.
