Help save my little Henry 12week puppy

Hi There

I waited for 8 years to get a puppy and I finally got Mr Henry 4 weeks ago he is a  carvoodle and he is only 12weeks old,  he goes everywhere with me he is little my best mate. 

So yesterday a person that no longer works for me dropped a welder on him and he has swelling on the brain and internal bleeding his lungs are full of blood and he is having  seizures.
At the moment he is stable but it’s still early days there is a 50/50 chance the 1st 24-48 hours are the most important. 
He is getting the best possible care. 
I need Henry he brightens up my days and makes me so happy. Everybody that comes into the shop makes them happy instantly. 

Any help would be very welcome
