Hi, my name is Nawroz, and I am fundraising for my 18-year-old brother, Zawad Ahmed, who is in the fight of his life against a very aggressive cancer: Classic Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Stage IIIB (Unfavorable).

Zawad is the youngest in our family — a bright, loving boy with his whole life ahead of him. But this year, everything changed. The cancer spread across multiple parts of his body, including his neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and even his bone marrow. Despite undergoing months of chemotherapy (AVD + radiotherapy), his latest PET-CT scan showed a Deauville Score 5, meaning the cancer is still highly active and resistant. A recent biopsy confirmed that the lymphoma has returned and progressed.

Our family is devastated, but we refuse to give up. There is still hope, but we need help to reach it. Zawad’s specialist at Labaid Cancer Hospital in Bangladesh has created an urgent, life-saving plan:

---Salvage Therapy (starting now)- A combination of Nivolumab + ICE chemotherapy, which is one of the strongest and most effective treatment options for relapsed Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

---Autologous Stem Cell Transplant- If he responds to salvage therapy, he must undergo a bone marrow stem cell transplant, the only curative option left for him.

This treatment has a real chance to cure him, but only if we can afford it in time. We come from a middle-class Bangladeshi family, so we are not financially very strong, and after months of treatments, medications, PET scans, biopsies, and hospital stays, we have exhausted everything we had.

With everything being said, here is the honest breakdown of what is needed:

--Salvage Chemotherapy (Nivolumab + ICE): 4–6 lakh BDT (Each cycle costs between 1.25–2 lakh BDT, and he needs 2–3 cycles.)

--Autologous Stem Cell Transplant: 20–28 lakh BDT

This covers:

--High-dose BEAM chemotherapy

--Stem cell mobilization

--Apheresis

--ICU care

--Transfusions

--Hospital stay

--Medications

--Post-Transplant Recovery: 3–4 lakh BDT

--(Extra medicines, injections, complications, follow-ups.)

Total Amount estimation: 30–38 lakh BDT
