I write these words with a heart overflowing with hope and an urgent need for your help. My name is Astrit Berisha, I am 34 years old and from Tropoja, Albania.

I have been battling severe kidney failure for a long time, which has placed my life in jeopardy. After years of treatments that have proven ineffective, my health has deteriorated, and I desperately require a kidney transplant to live,to gain a true chance at life, to enhance my quality of life, and to reclaim the person I once was.

The total expenses are far beyond my means, and for this reason, I am seeking your help.
