Help Save My Kitty’s Health and Happiness

My name is Brittany, and I’m from Calgary, Alberta. I’m reaching out today with a humble heart and a deep sense of love for my kitty, Kylo Ren, who truly is my whole world. He’s more than a pet; he’s family. His purrs and little quirks have been my comfort through tough times, and I can’t imagine my life without him. But right now, I need help to give him the care he desperately needs.

Over the past few months, we've been through a lot together. We lost our 14 year old doggy and his bestie in November, and shortly after this my kitty started showing signs of discomfort. After several vet visits, we learned that he has a genetic disease and needs specialized dental surgery to remove all of his teeth. It’s a procedure that will not only help him live more comfortably but will also prevent serious health issues in the future.

Unfortunately, our journey with the vets hasn’t been easy. We've already spent $1500 on visits, tests, and medications that haven’t quite resolved the issue. The advice we’ve received has been inconsistent, and at times, it’s felt like we’ve been passed around without getting the proper treatment for him. it’s been incredibly frustrating and emotionally draining for both of us. We have been draining our savings and using credit to keep up with his medical bills, but it has certainly caught up to us.

Now, we’ve reached the point where dental surgery is the only option left, and the cost is $3500. This is a huge amount of money, and while I’ve been doing everything I can to cover it, the reality is that I just can’t manage it on my own.

I’m humbly asking for help. Any donation, no matter how small, would make a world of difference. It’s not easy for me to ask for assistance, but my love for my kitty outweighs everything else. He’s my everything, and I want to make sure he gets the care he deserves.
