Help Support My Grandma’s Immigration Case

Our family is reaching out with hopeful hearts to ask for your kindness and support during a very difficult time. My grandmother, who has been living in the United States since the early 1990s, is now facing the challenge of having her immigration case reopened and reviewed.

She has been here legally for many years, faithfully following every requirement and doing everything right. However, immigration is now revisiting her case and attempting to reopen it — putting her legal status and stability at risk.

For over three decades, this country has been her home. She has built her life here — contributing to her community, raising her family, and being an active member of her church. Those who know her can attest to her loving spirit, her faith, and her willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She has a completely clean record and has always lived with honesty, humility, and dedication to doing what is right.

Unfortunately, during these uncertain times, many long-standing immigration cases are being revisited — especially those affecting members of the immigrant community who have lived here for years in peace and hard work. My grandma now finds herself in need of legal representation to fight for the life she’s built here and the home she loves.

This fundraiser is to help cover her attorney fees for her upcoming immigration hearing. She is not currently working, and our family is doing everything we can to help — but we cannot do it alone.

Ayuda a Mi Abuelita con su Caso de Inmigración

Nuestra familia acude hoy con el corazón lleno de esperanza para pedir su apoyo y solidaridad en un momento muy difícil. Mi abuelita, quien ha vivido en los Estados Unidos desde principios de los años 90, está enfrentando el gran reto de que su caso de inmigración ha sido reabierto y será revisado nuevamente.

Ella ha estado legalmente en este país por muchos años, cumpliendo siempre con todas las leyes y requisitos. Sin embargo, ahora inmigración está intentando reabrir su caso y posiblemente revocar su estatus legal, poniendo en riesgo la estabilidad y seguridad que con tanto esfuerzo ha construido aquí.

Durante más de tres décadas, este país ha sido su hogar. Aquí ha formado su vida, ha contribuido a su comunidad, ha criado a su familia y ha sido un pilar activo en su iglesia. Quienes la conocen pueden dar testimonio de su gran corazón, su fe, y su disposición para ayudar a los demás sin esperar nada a cambio. Ella tiene un historial completamente limpio y siempre ha vivido con honestidad, humildad y amor por su prójimo.

Lamentablemente, en estos tiempos tan inciertos, muchos casos antiguos de inmigración están siendo revisados, especialmente los de miembros de la comunidad inmigrante que han vivido aquí por años trabajando y en paz. Mi abuelita ahora necesita representación legal para poder defender el hogar y la vida que ha construido con tanto esfuerzo.

Esta recaudación de fondos es para ayudar a cubrir los honorarios de su abogado para su próxima audiencia de inmigración. Ella no está trabajando actualmente, y aunque nuestra familia está haciendo todo lo posible por ayudar, no podemos hacerlo solos.
