Help Save My Girl, Lena Bena's Leg

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I have never done this before or asked anyone for anything BUT I now have to break down and ask for help b/c I have no idea what else to do. My angel, my girl. my entire world, my beating heart was in a horrible situation Memorial weekend. I was out of town and my estranged husband was caring for her Saturday night. We have been having some issues in our area with Coyotes and as my estranged husband had her outside for her final walk of the night, they were charged by 2 Coyotes in the backyard (not fenced in). She weighs 86lbs so it was hard for him to just pick her up and run with her, so he told her "let's go Lena" and they both ran to the back patio door. In the process of running she ran into something that resulted in an extremely hard impact to her back right foot, which resulted in her breaking all of her toes. In dogs unlike humans that type of impact doesn't just break a toe or two it actually breaks their metacarpal bone. Lena had surgery to have pins placed into the bone in the top of her foot to fix the break. My girl did not do well with surgery and has had severe complications which have reulted in several serious infections along with severe swelling. As of Monday, June 5, 2023 the doctor was not certain we will be able to save her toes, foot or even leg. The swelling has been so bad her skin area that is separate from the incision from surgery has split now exposing the surgically placed pins in her foot. The swelling has also caused the top layer of her skin to die. She has been declared "critical" as of Wednesay, June 7, 2023. We rescued Lena 3 years ago, she is 8.5yrs old and has been through all kinds of abuse prior to us rescuing her and yet when she could be agressive she is the completely opposite. These past situations have resulted in severe issues to both her back legs which is why I have to do everything possible to not have her lose her entire right leg. So, naturally I have been trying to do everything they have advised to increase her chances of no amputation. In order to do this she is required to receive Cold Laser Therapy daily as well as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy twice daily. She is on 8 medications and 1/2 of them are her antibiotics. As you can imagine this has gotten to be extremely expensive and the funds are bleeding dry! For those who know me personally, know this girl is my entire life and I will do anything possible for her! I rescued her to save her, to spoil her rotten and to finally give her a place of endless peaceful love. Lena and I have spent the last several weeks not eating, I have been crying constantly and praying harder then I ever have. It has been so hard. She is the sweetest girl in the world, she is so kind to everything and everyone! Even during this process she has not showed an ounce of weakness. She is the strongest baby and I love her more then I could ever express into words. My heart has never been so broken before nor have I ever felt this helpless. I also am going through serious medical situations myself which has made all of this very difficult as I too have had to miss time from work not just for Lena but for myself medically.
