My name is Mark, I am the proud owner of East Coast Nursery & Sons. My farm has always been my passion and my livelihood, but recently we experienced a catastrophic freeze that killed a good amount of our plants. The damage was so severe that I’m genuinely afraid of losing everything I’ve worked so hard for. It’s been heartbreaking to see the fields I’ve cared for suffer, and the uncertainty about the future is overwhelming. My family and I depend on this farm. Family farming is the last of a dying breed. The agriculture world is tough enough these days with out the natural disasters.
We did all we could to get ready for this freeze. We went above and beyond to take precaution and prepare for this natural disaster and never expected the cold we experienced here in Indiantown Fl.
I’m starting this fundraiser because I want to keep my farm running and support the people who work with me. The funds raised will help me replant what was lost, keep my team employed, and cover urgent expenses so we can keep moving forward. Every dollar will go directly toward saving the farm and making sure we don’t have to close our doors.
Any support would mean the world to me, my family and my farm. Your help will give us hope and a chance to rebuild after this disaster. Thank you for considering a donation and for standing with us during this difficult time.
