I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but today I am asking for help to save my beloved dog Mylo.

Recently, my dog was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma (grade 2) - a type of cancer that requires urgent and specialized treatment.

A few months ago, Mylo underwent surgery to remove a tumor located on the abdomen. At that time, the procedure took place before we received the biopsy results, so unfortunately the tumor was removed without proper margins.

For a short time, I hoped that everything would be okay.

But just two months after the surgery, the tumor has started to grow back.

We have since consulted with an oncology specialist, and the recommended next steps are:

- a CT scan to check whether the cancer has spread to internal organs

- followed by another surgery to remove the regrowing tumor, this time with proper margins

The cost of the CT scan, including lab analysis and biopsy, is approximately €1,500, and the surgery is estimated to cost around €2,800.

This brings the total cost of treatment to over €4,000, which is an overwhelming financial burden for me.

Despite this, I want to give Mylo the best possible chance to live a longer, happy life.

Mylo is not just a pet - he is a member of my family, a source of comfort, love, and joy every single day.

I am asking for any support, no matter how small, to help cover the cost of diagnostics and treatment. Even sharing this fundraiser would mean so much!
