Help save my dogs leg from coyote attack

Baby girl was out playing in the yard with myself and 4 grandkids when she spotted something in the woods. We live in a very secluded area surrounded by woods and wildlife. She darted away after what I believed to be a bunny. She has never been off property before. We immediately went after her but could not find her. We searched for hours, calling for her, driving all around. We gave up driving and began walking through the woods and that’s when we found her dragging herself towards home. Covered in what appeared to be pieces of bloody meat. It was her own flesh. We rushed her to the nearest vet that could take her (an hour drive). They kept her for 3 days and 2 nights. They sent her home with high hopes and lots of meds and a clear hydroponics therapy plan. After 3 days of at home care, I am not seeing very much progress and the fear is creeping in that she may lose the leg. I’m asking for any help with the medical bills if possible. I know everyone is stretched to their personal limits s am I, but Baby girl deserves the best. It’s the vets belief that she may have saved my grandchildren from a coyote attack and that is was not a bunny she was after but the very coyotes that attacked her.
