Help save my dog Kiki

Hi. I would like to introduce you guys to Kiki, a female Siberian Husky who just turned 6
and means the entire world to me and my family. We received Kiki from an acquaintance when she was 1 year old. Although huskies are well known for eye issues, Kiki developed glaucoma very early on. Her left eye has already been enucleated (surgically removed) and her other eye is gradually getting worse. Apart from gradually becoming blind, Kiki is suffering from a life threatening condition, which we don’t even know what it is. For about 2-3 weeks, Kiki has been eating very little and has been very weak and less energetic than usual. At first she was just picky and would only eat certain items, but now she straight up eats nothing. Along with not eating, she is also not pooping. It all started when she threw up blood one night. The vet said that usually throwing up blood is a bad sign because it can mean stomach cancer. However, he ruled out that possibility back then and said it might just be gastrointestinal issues for which he prescribed Kiki medications. This is where we start cooking for her. We tried different combinations from cooked chicken, rice, and veggies to cooked beef with carrots and a little but of unsalted butter. However, Kiki gradually started eating less and less until she completely stopped eating and is now on a type of under the weather food that you can feed her through a syringe. During this time we got increasingly worried because the medication wasn’t doing anything so we ordered an Xray which didn’t solve any of our issues except show us that her stomach is 2x the normal size. We then ordered an ultrasound which informed us that the reason why her stomach was so big was because all the food was just sitting in her stomach and it wasn’t being filtered out. The reason was because the small intestine was extremely contracted. The vet and ultrasound specialist still couldn’t tell if it was cancer or not but did not rule it out because her gastric lymph nodes are swollen either from cancer or her contracted small intestine due to another underlying issue. The vet ultimately recommended us to take Kiki to get an endoscopy done and then consult with a surgeon or oncologist. However it gets extremely expensive when it comes to vet specialists. The endoscopy itself costs upwards of $500 and then whatever comes afterwards will be even more expensive. The Xray, ultrasound, and medications are already more than what me and my family can handle. The vet has suggested euthanizing Kiki, but I don’t want to take that path without even knowing what is causing her to suffer. Kiki means the entire world to me and has been there showing me and my family unconditional love for 6 years. Sharing this with your friends and family is very much appreciated. Also thank you for your donations, big or small.
