Help Save My Dog Dozer

I am on tour in Eastern Europe and received a phone call last night at 4am that my dog, Dozer,  was in the ER due to a bowel obstruction. They discovered several fishing lures in his stomach, completelyblocking his digestive tract. After ensuring his stability and performing a fluid treatment, the vet determined that he must either have surgery to remove the obstruction or be euthanized.  
I decided to move forward with the surgery in hopes of saving Dozer. I'm here humbly asking for help because this will be a very costly procedure (about $8,000), and I don't have anywhere close to that kind of money. This will cover his treatment prep, his surgery, and anything he may need in recovery.  I have a temporary means of payment to get the procedure done and save his life, but I will need to come up with the funds to pay it back ASAP. 

This dog means the world to me. I've had him for a long time, and he's my best friend. He's stood by me through every trial and I owe it to him to return the favor. I would be so grateful if you could help in any way. 
Those of you that know Dozer, you know he is the happiest, cuddliest, most friendly animal with the biggest personality you've ever encountered. And he has brought the same joy to you as he has me and many other people.
