Help save my dear sweet Ofa

This is Ofa, he is the first dog I have ever loved like a human. He is constantly by my side. I love him so much. He was hit by a car Sunday in front of our home as we were getting out of our truck from a trip to Salt Lake. 

We immediately called the local vets who said given the severity to take him to VetMed in Salt Lake. (His organs were pushed outside his body) We spent the night there, borrowed the money from family to cover his stay and thought we had been lucky.

Well sadly today he took a turn for the worse and was rushed back. They need to amputate, give him a blood transfusion as well as another possible surgery for the fluid build up in his abdomen. He is in too much pain to even come home at this point. 

I can’t put him down! I just can’t. I tried to get care credit but was denied because my husband’s Covid layoff. I need help to save my boy!

Please if you know me I am constantly helping out around the community with Sub for Santa’s, donating Covid supplies to those high risk like our Veterans, helping out schools as well as serving as a church nursery leader.  Now I desperately need help - Ofa needs help. Please even $5 helps!  We only have till Tuesday to pay the remaining balance.
