Help Save My Dad’s Life – Urgent Transfer for Life-Saving Liver Surgery

My name is Chrystalla Sismani and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and desperate hope. My dad is fighting for his life right now after suffering severe post-surgical liver damage due to medical negligence in Cypriot hospitals. What should have been a routine recovery has turned into a nightmare and time is running out.

After surgery in Cyprus, my dad’s liver was severely damaged because of avoidable mistakes made by the medical team. Since then, his condition has rapidly deteriorated. Despite our repeated pleas, he has not received the proper treatments or interventions needed to save his life. His life depends on immediate action.

We’ve been told by specialists that he must be urgently transferred to a specialist hospital overseas, where advanced treatments and experienced surgeons are available to repair the damage and give him a real chance at survival. Cyprus does not have the necessary expertise or facilities to perform this complex liver reconstruction.

However, the cost of the transfer, surgery and hospitalization is beyond what our family can afford. We are facing tens of thousands of euros in emergency medical expenses including air ambulance transport, intensive care, surgery, and recovery.
