My name is Diana Navarrete and I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to share some difficult news about my father Jose Luis Navarrete. Three months ago, my dad had a Cardiac Angina and had to undergo a catheterization that was unsuccessful. Now he is in desperate need of an open hearth emergency coronary bypass surgery due to his failing heart. He is currently living in Venezuela with limited resources, and my family and I have been doing everything we can amongst ourselves to provide for his care, but our resources have become more and more limited. For this reason, we have no choice but to seek out help from our friends and family.

My father has always been a hardworking and dedicated provider for our family, and it breaks my heart to see him suffer like this. The coronary bypass surgery has an estimated cost of $20,000.00. Les escribo hoy para compartir una dificil noticia sobre mi papa Jose Luis Navarrete. Hace 3 meses mi papá sufrió una angina cardíaca y por lo tanto tuvo que hacerse un cataterismo cardíaco qué no dio resultado. Ahora requiere una cirugía de revascularizacion coronaria urgente a torax abierto. El está actualmente en Venezuela y como bien saben los recursos son muy limitados y mi familia y yo hemos hecho todo lo que esta a nuestro alcance pero no es suficiente. Por esta razón venimos a ustedes pidiendo de su ayuda.

Mi padre siempre ha sido muy trabajador y se ha dedicado en proveer por su esposa, hijos y nietos y me duele verlo sufrir de esta manera.
