Help save my dad and get him home

Myself, mam and dad went on a family holiday to Turkey. My dad got hit by a van travelling approx 50 miles an hour in a 30 mile an hour zone . This happened on the 3rd night of our 11 day holiday. He has had 2 operations and is currently waiting for the 3rd operation but the insurance company have dragged this out so much we cannot physically risk leaving my dads leg being amputated. He has currently had an open leg wound for 12 days with minimal pain medication. This is the last opinion, to try and get my dad home save. Please help bring our family back together.
