Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for support for my beloved cat, Lincoln, who is currently in critical care and fighting for his life. Lincoln is more than just a pet—he is family. He has been my constant companion, offering love and comfort through some of my toughest times. I can’t express enough how much he means to me.
In February, Lincoln was diagnosed with Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC), a neurological disorder that causes inflammation in the bladder and painful flare-ups. Despite this, he has remained a happy, loving cat—until recently, when everything took a turn for the worse.
This past Wednesday night, Lincoln became completely blocked and was rushed to the emergency vet. His condition was severe—his heart rate was irregular, and he required oxygen to stabilize. The situation was critical, and the vet told me that this was one of the worst cases she had seen in a cat. Lincoln underwent emergency surgery and has been in intensive care ever since. He’s fighting hard, but he’s not out of the woods yet. It’s possible he will need to stay in the hospital for another night or two.
The medical bills have been overwhelming, totaling over $7,000 so far. Every dollar has gone toward giving Lincoln the best care possible—because he’s not just a pet to me, he’s my family. I’m doing everything I can to make sure he has the best chance to recover and come home.
I know times are tough for many, but if you’re able to help in any way, whether through a donation or sharing this fundraiser, it would mean the world to me and Lincoln. No amount is too small. Your kindness and support are what will make all the difference in his fight to come home.
Thank you so much for your generosity, love, and support during this incredibly difficult time. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
With love,
Sierra + Lincoln
