I am starting this fundraiser for my 8-year-old cat, who is truly my soulmate in cat form and my little baby. I love him with everything in me, and right now I am terrified of losing him. Just after I spent over $500 on his checkup, vaccines, and neuter surgery, and while he was still recovering, he suddenly began limping on his back right leg late Wednesday night. What started as a limp quickly turned into severe pain and swelling, to the point that his leg was sticking out to the side and he could no longer walk on it at all. He is an indoor cat, with no other animals around him, and the vet believes he likely landed wrong in a freak accident. He is at the vet now receiving sedation, x-rays, fluids, and medications, and I have been told the injury seems to be near his hip and upper leg.

I just started a brand new job this week and will not get paid until 09/04. After paying for his recent surgery, I am completely broke, my CareCredit is maxed out, and I have no family support to financially help me through this. The funds from this fundraiser will go directly to his vet bills for treatment, so he has a real chance to heal and live. I never imagined I would be facing the possibility of losing my healthy, beautiful baby over a freak accident, and I am asking from the bottom of my heart for any help at all.
