My name is Cherlierose, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my beloved brother, Charlisendo Clarin, who is only 43 years old.

Our family has recently been faced with devastating news—my brother urgently needs triple bypass heart surgery. This life-saving procedure is his best chance at recovery and being able to continue living a full life with the people who love him.

We are hoping to raise at least ₱700,000 to help cover the cost of his triple bypass heart surgery, hospitalization, medications, necessary tests, and recovery. This amount is far beyond what our family can afford, but it represents his best chance of surviving this life-threatening condition.

His heart is working at only 19% of its normal strength. A healthy heart usually pumps 55–70% of the blood with each heartbeat. My brother’s heart can pump only 19%, meaning it is critically weak and unable to deliver enough blood and oxygen to the rest of his body. Every day places an enormous strain on his heart, and without urgent surgery, his condition could rapidly worsen.

Charlisendo is a kind, hardworking, and caring person who has always been there for our family. He has spent his life helping others whenever he could, never expecting anything in return. Today, he is the one who needs our help.

The cost of his surgery, hospital care, medications, and recovery is more than our family can afford. Despite doing everything we can, we are struggling to raise the funds needed to ensure he receives the treatment he urgently requires in the Philippines.

As his sister, it is heartbreaking to see someone I love fight this battle. I am asking from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity. No donation is too small. Every contribution brings us one step closer to giving my brother the surgery he desperately needs.
