Help Save My 14 yo Best Friend from Brain Tumor

Hey, so um... I have a best friend.

We’ve known each other since second grade and now we’re about to go to ninth grade.

She has a tumor in her brain.

She was diagnosed with the tumor when we were in 6th grade.

She got a lot better in 8th grade, but her tumor came back in April this year.

She had to skip 7th grade and half of 8th grade.

She basically studied the whole summer to take 7th grade exams so she could jump into 8th grade.

Right now, we aren’t so sure if she could go into the 9th grade.

She has medication bills, she's already had 2 head (brain? Idk I'm not a doctor) surgeries, and also her treatments were very expensive.

Her parents are working so hard to pay off the bills.

Her dad is working several different jobs.

But unfortunately, they can't afford all of these expenses and she needs to take her new medication as soon as possible.

The doctor said she needs to take them for a year.

Every box only has 30 pills and every box costs $1,881.

Her parents got a loan to pay for her second surgery and they also had to send a sample of her tumor to another country to detect the type of the tumor so they could treat it.

Her radiotherapy was also very, very expensive.

Her dad was thinking about selling his kidney.

This is how desperate they are.

Please send any help you can.

She doesn’t know I'm doing a fundraiser and I know she definitely doesn’t want me putting her face here, so I'm gonna scribble her face.

She means the world to me and to her family, and she is extremely talented with art. I really want to help her.

This is her family’s last hope to get money.

Even $1 would save her life.
