My heart is broken. Two years ago, while I was very sick with Covid, my three French Bulldogs — my babies, my family — got out of the house. They are the sweetest, most loving little souls, never aggressive, just playful.

What began as a small dispute has spiraled into an unfounded lawsuit that has dragged on for more than two years. There were no bites, no scratches, caused by my dogs — yet we are being sued, along with our HOA.

Since then, we’ve endured not only this lawsuit but also the devastating loss of one of my Frenchies a year and a half ago. They are part of our family, and this ongoing battle has been emotionally exhausting and financially crushing.

We have already spent more than $13,000 in legal fees, and if this goes to trial, costs could exceed $100,000. We simply cannot afford this, but I will never give up on my sweet Frenchies or allow them to be taken from us.

This fundraiser is solely to cover legal expenses in defending our family against this unjust lawsuit. Every dollar raised will go directly toward legal fees.
