Hello, I need help, please. My 14-year-old Shiba Inu needs emergency surgery. She has a ruptured mammary gland. She is my ESA dog. I have had her since she was a puppy. She was born on the day I almost died in a bad car wreck. I am the sole provider for my family. I can pay my normal bills, but I can't pay this at all. I don't want to have to euthanize my longest best friend. Please, please help me.
