Hey guys, my name is Penelope and unfortunately, I have developed bladder stones as well as a tumor near my breast which both are quite costly to remove. Both of my parents work in a public school and unfortunately don’t have enough money to afford my surgery at this moment. All animal hospitals are asking for upfront payment before I can even get surgery. If you could please help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
