Hey, my name is Todd and I am starting up a fundraiser for my lifetime best friend, my fur baby Moxy. Moxy is going to be 11 in November of this year, she's been with me since she was a pup, throughout my adolescence and early adulthood. Throughout this timeframe, she has been my support animal, she has helped me in ways no human ever could, we went everywhere together, and we were inseparable. I can't thank her enough for finding me and being there for me.

Back in 2020, I noticed a lump on her right paw, I immediately called the vet and scheduled an appointment. I arrived at the appointment and it was determined that Moxy had a benign tumour. They ran a biopsy and it came back all clear from cancer. I was financially unable to afford proper treatment at the time and the lump continued to grow. Since 2020 it has tripled in size and her mobility has declined. My financial situation has been terrible throughout the years, I blame myself for what's happening to her, it's my fault and I feel terrible. I am done feeling sorry for myself and I feel that it's right if I ask for help. My goal is to raise money for Moxy's medical expenses, the surgery, the aftercare, and everything that it requires for this to be successful. This is my last resort, I would appreciate any help in this manner. I just want Moxy to live comfortably for the remainder of her life, I want to take her out on adventures again without the possibility of injuring her. I want to make my best friend's life better, to repay the debt in some way.

With the donations, I'll be able to give Moxy a better quality of life, she will be able to come with me on photography adventures, and she will experience life again pain-free to live out the remainder of her doggy years! I also want to get her tested again and find out what could be done in order to save Moxy's life.
