This is Mousey!

Mousey is my sweet 6 year old kitty. She is the sweetest thing in the world, with so much personality and love in her little heart. I adopted Mousey 6 years ago, after my childhood cat passed away and have been inseparable with her since. Over the last year, I had noticed she was having issues with breathing and coughing fits. I took her to the vet and they let me know they suspected she had asthma but her condition was manageable and not to worry. As a result I’ve done everything I can to keep her asthma at bay, buying humidifiers, getting rid of candles and other sprays, switching litter, and any and everything you can think of. Mousey is my absolute heart and best friend. Within the last 2 weeks, I noticed a change in Mousey, she was not waking me up to eat/eating less, less active, and her breathing was harsh. This past week I took her to emergency vet and they immediately rushed her to the oxygen tank and kept her in there for hours. The vet let me know X-rays were needed as well as blood work and other tests to determine what may be going on. Based off of her past exams and her most recent she has lost weight and was very dehydrated. I was told this would be around $3,000 for all necessary tests and potential treatments. At this current moment I am unable to put this up, I spent the last $500 I had getting her into the vet and some temporary steroid medicine but I don’t see any change in how she is feeling. I just want to save my baby and do everything I can possible. If you could please donate I would appreciate it so much. I don’t want to lose her or let her suffer, I just need help. I lost my job back in February due to unforeseen circumstances in my personal life and am just finally getting back on my feet. I work a full time job and door dash as much as I can to keep myself a float. I am trying my best to with resources I have. Please help Mouse Anything is appreciated Thank you.
