Help Save Moonie: My First Baby & Best Friend

Hi, my name is Hannah, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart. My sweet dog, Moonie (Moomoo for short), has been my world for 12 years. She is a dachshund and chihuahua mix, and I have had her since I was a senior in high school. Through my highest highs and lowest lows, Moonie has been by my side—my first child, my everything.

Recently, she became very sick, and based on what I have told the vets, they believe she has pyometra—a life-threatening infection that requires urgent treatment. Unfortunately, I am currently out of work and unable to afford the care she desperately needs. I have reached out to countless veterinary clinics, charities, and organizations for help, but I have exhausted all options with no success.

I never imagined I would be in a position where I had to ask for help like this, but Moonie’s life is on the line, and I can’t give up on her. She has been there for me every step of the way, and now I need to be there for her. Any amount you can contribute would mean the world to me and Moonie.
