We never imagined we would be in this position, but we are desperately asking for help to save our beloved cat after he was hit by a car on the Bridge Estate in Dartford.

The injuries he suffered are severe and heartbreaking. He has broken ribs and serious tearing to the muscles in his chest from the force of the impact which has caused he’s organs to migrate up. Watching him go through this has completely devastated our family. He is not “just a cat” he is part of our family, and seeing him in so much pain is unbearable.

The vets initially quoted us nearly £5,000 - £7000 for the surgery and treatment he urgently needs. Thankfully, with help through the PDSA, the cost has been reduced to around £1,500, but this is not including the over night stays and medication which is still far more than we can afford during such a traumatic time.
