My name is Muhammad Akram, I am 19 years old and I live in Gaza. This is my second campaign.

My eldest brother and father were martyred, and I am the only one who supports my family under the miserable occupation. My dreams have been shattered. I don't know if I will be able to live the life I want. Even if I could, the trauma I have experienced will shape my identity for the rest of my life. I have heard that if you reach twenty, the scars of this trauma will be there forever. I am a teenage boy who wants to enjoy life. I want to be able to explore my passions, joys, and dreams, complete my studies, realize my dream, and enter university without fear of death all around. I want to live. I deserve to live a decent life with my family without wars, death and fear. I deserve to be able to do the monotonous things that most of you would never think of doing. When I was studying in school, my biggest dream was to learn English, and when I went to university, I planned to study to become a good doctor and be nice to everyone so that I can help people. I want to save my family so that I can make my dreams reality.

Please consider helping me and my family. This is just one of many goals I must achieve so that my family and I can exit Gaza due to the brutal occupation invasions. They have attacked and demolished our homes and killed my loved ones. They have tried to rape our women and kill our innocent children who deserve to live their childhood.

I have been a student for a whole year. I did not go to school and did not learn there because the occupation prevented us from studying. We were displaced from our homes because they were angry with us, and we were beaten and insulted by the occupation. We couldn't do anything because they were threatening us with weapons.
