Despite assurances made since our acquisition of Estrada’s in 2019, our landlords have continuously neglected essential repairs such as the roof and the front of the restaurant, along with other critical updates necessary for ensuring a safe environment for our team and patrons, as well as compliance with building codes.

We have reached a breaking point where we can no longer ignore the unsafe conditions that endanger the well-being of our staff and customers. Instead of addressing our concerns, our landlords have chosen to retaliate by evicting us. This action is not only unjust but also a direct assault on the livelihoods of our hardworking team and the community we proudly serve.
