Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls,
We are writing this with broken hearts and desperate hope. My husband’s beloved nephew, Md Nurul Kabir—known to all who love him as Miraj—is fighting for his life in a foreign ICU, and we are running out of time.
Miraj is a brave brain tumor survivor from Bangladesh. He recently traveled to Thailand with his brother for a short vacation but on July 9, tragedy struck. Miraj drowned in a devastating accident. Though he was miraculously revived, he suffered cardiac arrest, severe respiratory failure, and kidney failure.
He has been on a ventilator in critical condition for over 10 days. Every hour is a battle. Every moment is filled with uncertainty. His brother, who has been by his side day and night, has already spent over $30,000 USD his entire life savings—to keep Miraj alive. Now, we are out of funds and nearly out of options.
Miraj’s only chance of survival is to return home to Bangladesh by air ambulance for long-term, specialized treatment. But the cost is staggering—far beyond what we can afford alone.
We are emotionally shattered, financially exhausted, and holding on to hope. Please—help us bring Miraj home. Your donation, no matter how small, can give this young man another chance at life. And if you’re unable to give, please share his story. Help us surround Miraj with the love, support, and care he desperately needs.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you.
With love and hope,
Miraj’s Family
