Hi! I’m Mimi, I am a British shorthair and I was born on April 1st. I’m only two months old, just over 500 grams and I live with my big sister Mila and brother Miso in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We do everything together: playing, cuddling, and exploring. My favorite tings to do are eating, running around the house (especially around the mirror), cuddle, sleeping on mom’s and dad’s legs and biting on fingers and feet.

Mimi is every cat lovers dream but right now she is very sick. Mimi has a rare birth defect: her body didn’t form the normal separation between her rectum and vagina. The vet confirmed that she urgently needs life-saving surgery. Without it, she’s in constant pain and will not live for long. Before Mimi can go trough surgery she needs to gain weight. We are working very hard on this, but slowly and steady she is gaining some weight!

The cost of the surgery and care is around €7.000. Before this, she needs a

medical examination from a veterinary specialist, where they will determine if she can go though surgery since she is very small. Only this examination will cost a few thousand euro’s (as told by the vet). I wish I could cover all this, but I can’t. That’s why I’m turning to you for help.
