Mater was hit by a car in our subdivision on Wednesday night after he ran out of the house. The car who hit him drove off and let him lay in the road hurt. He is currently in critical care at the vet and needs surgery in order to live. He has 2 fractured limbs, laceration on the side of his hip, fractured pelvis along with brain bleeding.  He is a one year old pug who is energetic and loves to give love. He has been a therapy pet for my mother and has helped her overcome anxiety and depression. Mater is more to us then just a dog, he has given us a purpose. He will be in close watch over these next few days but without payments he will not receive care.
