Please help Marlene Vassell get the cancer treatments she needs to live. She is a dear friend of mine. She is family. She is here in Florida in the hospital and her son Nick is staying with me. She has no insurance. When she comes home, my home will be her home until we make sure she has a fighting chance to get better. 

 

Marlene is a 44 year old woman, the integral part of close loving family, mother of four, and a grandmother of three. She grew up in Jamacia the hard way. She has worked diligently to feed and educate her children. Like an earthquake, with no warning she woke up one day with pain her stomach and jaundice in her eyes.

 

Marlene has liver cancer. She is too young to die. She is a noble fighter, a woman that never asks for help and never stops helping. She needs her journey on this earth to continue. She needs help to pay for her cancer treatments. This is a an emergency, a matter of life and death. Please help Marlene get well. Please help her children and grand children, Danica, Nick, Patrick, Dennis, Zoe, Chloe, and Aria continue to laugh with her for years to come.
