Luna is my 8-year-old Belgian Malinois, and she means the world to me and my family. Just recently, while playing fetch, she stumbled and suddenly couldn’t get up or walk properly. It looks like she may have broken her hip or lower back. My dad was playing with her when it happened, and he believes we have no choice but to put her down. But I can’t accept that—Luna is not ready to go, and we all love her so much.
The cost to fix a broken hip or lower back on a dog is overwhelming, and I’m reaching out for help because I want to give Luna a chance to recover. The funds raised will go directly toward her emergency vet care, surgery, and any other treatments she needs to heal. She still has so much life and love left to give, and I want to do everything I can to help her get better.
I appreciate anything you can do to help Luna. I don’t want to put her down—her sweet little face still has so much hope, and I’m not ready to let her go. Thank you for reading our story and for any support you can give. Every bit helps and means the world to us.
