Hello, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my sweet dog, Lulu.

Lulu came into our lives in December 2017 when she was found and lovingly taken in by my grandma. Two years ago, I took over her care, and she’s been a joyful part of our life ever since. She’s a happy, playful dog who brings so much love to everyone she meets.

Recently, I noticed Lulu’s abdomen was swelling, so I rushed her to the vet. After an exam, the vet discovered a tumor—which they said is a skin cancer tumor —on the lower left side of her belly. While we’re not sure if the tumor is the direct cause of the swelling, Lulu is now in urgent need of medical care. She needs blood work, x-rays, and emergency surgery to drain the fluid and give her a fighting chance.

Without this surgery, Lulu’s life is at serious risk.

The costs are more than I can handle on my own, and time is running out. If you can find it in your heart to donate—no matter how small—it would mean the world to us. Lulu still has so much life and love left to give, and I can’t bear to lose her this way.
