Hi everyone!

I am a proud dog mom to a beautiful dog name Lucy. Lucy recently went to the emergency room; she was evaluated for lethargy and labored breathing.

Lucy was diagnosed with pericardial effusion. It’s a condition in which the sac surrounding the heart fills with fluid, putting pressure on her heart and preventing it from beating effectively. This fluid was removed, but as we feared, the same fluid reoccurred within a few days.

Unfortunately, surgery is now necessary at this point, and I would like to ask for any donations to help me save my baby girl. I wouldn’t normally ask this but Lucy means the world to me and my family. I want to at least try everything I can for her. Anything helps even sharing her story please & thank you
