**Some were more willing to donate through Venmo over Gofundme, if this is the case my Venmo is JShulmistra. Any extra funds shared this way will also go to assisting the efforts of saving and reducing the grid cat population at ECU.***
Lucifer Shulmistra is my 6-year-old cat and my best friend. Out of nowhere, he started forming crystals in his kidney, which blocked his urethra and stopped his ability to pee. I rushed him to the vet, and we tried everything possible to flush his system, but nothing worked. Now, perineal urethrostomy is the last option left to save his life, outside of euthanasia. I can’t imagine putting him down at such a young age when he still has so much life and love left to give.
As a college student, I’ve already spent every dollar I have trying to help Lucifer. The cost of the surgery and aftercare is overwhelming, and I’m reaching out for help because I want to give him the chance he deserves. Your support will go directly toward his surgery and recovery, and it would mean the world to both of us.
Thank you so much for considering a donation. Any amount, whether it’s a dollar or a hundred dollars, brings us closer to saving Lu’s life. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and support during this difficult time.
