Hi, our names are Abby and Andrew, and we’re asking for help for our sweet kitty boy, Loki.

Loki is a 2 year old male cat who was diagnosed with a life-threatening blocked bladder. This was a medical emergency, and without immediate treatment he would have not survived to the end of my work shift. He was monitored at the vet for two days and requires treatment and ongoing care, with costs totaling around $6,000 with the treatment, stay and care. Everything we’ve put into it day of is a very heavy payment plan for the next 6 months.

He’s playful, loving, and full of personality. He watches the baby for every feed, lets us know when he’s crying. He follows us from room to room, curls up beside us at night, and has been a constant source of comfort and joy in our home.

We’re doing everything we can to give Loki the care he needs, but the unexpected cost after a baby in May is overwhelming.
