Help save little lady Lola

My dog Lola is my best friend and soulmate. She rescued me in 2012 and has seen me through the good and bad days of my 20s and now in my 30s. I would love to give back to her as much as she has given me.
In early 2021 began the health journey of a lifetime for an otherwise hearty and healthy dog. Lola developed Meningoencephalitis, which is a fancy way of saying her brain was swelling and her body was attacking itself making things worse. The swelling was causing her to go blind in her right eye and threw off her balance. After a year of treatment and tapering off of medication she seemed to be in good health once again. Unfortunately, the brain swelling returned, and she is back on immunosuppressant medications. As a result she recently contracted an infection that a normal dog may have easily recovered from, but led to Lola needing to stay in the ER as a part of her recovery.
Lola has good life ahead of her and we want to give her the best life possible. Unfortunately, all these treatments have a cost. We would be so grateful for your help to support Lola in this time and give her the chance she deserves to thrive! Thank you for showing your care and support for my family!
