Despite months of treatment and countless hospital visits, her condition has worsened. Doctors have now recommended the most painful and heartbreaking step — amputating her leg to save her life.

Himani is just a little girl with dreams, hopes, and a future ahead of her. But today, those dreams depend on all of us.
