My name is Mohammed, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help for my 3-year-old nephew, Ahmed.

Ahmed was born in Gaza, Palestine, with a rare and complex heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia (TOF-PA) and major aorto-pulmonary collaterals, along with a right-sided aortic arch.

Since birth, Ahmed has lived with limited oxygen in his blood — every breath is an effort, yet he never stops smiling. His eyes light up when he learns new things, and his joy fills the room even on difficult days.

A Journey Interrupted by War

Ahmed was supposed to receive treatment in Israel, but when the war in Gaza began, his chance at surgery disappeared.

For six long months, his mother and siblings endured airstrikes, fear, and displacement. Eventually, they managed to escape to Egypt, holding onto one hope — to find a place where Ahmed could finally receive the care he desperately needs.

❤️ There Is Hope

After months of searching, we were finally able to contact two hospitals that can perform Ahmed’s complex heart surgery:

Both hospitals have reviewed his medical reports and confirmed that they can perform the surgery.

Now, our only barrier is the cost — a combination of surgery, travel, and post-operative care, which is beyond what our family can afford alone.

We are humbly reaching out to raise funds to give Ahmed a chance at life — a chance to play, laugh, and grow up without pain.
